Great to take to a party

Ingredients

• 1-8 oz package Cream cheese
• ½ jar Whole Claussen pickles
• 2 small packages Buddig Beef

Directions

• Chop beef.  Add cream cheese (softened) to pickle and roll in chopped beef.  Refrigerate whole. Slice to serve.

Notes

• Make one day ahead.  Serves 6.
