Creamed Cheese Potato Soup

This soup was a recipe given me by my walking friend. It is very east and delicious.
Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 4 cups shredded hash brown potatoes (Simply potatoes)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp dill weed
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
Directions
- Add all ingredients except cream cheese and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes. Remove bay leaf.
- Add cubed cream cheese and continuously stir until cheese is completely melted.
- Makes 8 – 1 cup servings.
