Congratulations to Tom and Maria on the birth of their third little one, weighing in at 8 pounds 9 ounces!  In honor of the mom and new baby, I have gathered a bunch of potato recipes.  Why, you ask?  I once heard mashed potatoes were Maria’s favorite thing to eat.

That time of year is here.  Rushing to get the kids to school, homework and after school activities after school.
