That time of year is here.  Rushing to get the kids to school, homework and after school activities after school. It doesn’t leave a lot of time left over for cooking dinner.  It’s nice to know that dinner will be ready when you are…whether one person of the whole family.  That is why I love my crock pot.  Here are a couple of my favorite recipes for the crock pot.  Would love to see your favorites!

This recipe was served by Joyce Holthaus, GiGi’s cousin. GiGi made it and let other family members do a taste test. It was excellent…very unique, easy and tasty.
