Lemon Poppy Seed Bread

This is one pretty tasty bread that can be served as breakfast. The glaze is what makes it so good. It is like heaven in a loaf.
Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 2 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1 1/8 cup oil
- 1 ½ cup Milk
- 2 tablespoons Poppy seeds
- 3 cups Flour
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 ½ teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 ½ teaspoon almond extract
- 1 ½ teaspoon butter extract
- 1 ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
Glaze:
- ¼ cup Orange juice
- ¾ cup Granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon almond extract
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Cream first 3 ingredients. Add sifted dry ingredients. Alternating with milk, add extracts. Pour into 2 loaf pans. Drizzle glaze over loaves witch have been pricked with fork. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
