Jalapeno Popper Dip

A great dip for a Football Sunday.


  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (if you can find the taco cheese with seasoning use that or add your own cumin, paprika, chili powder and/or garlic salt to season it up)
  • 2 jalapenos-seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup bread crumbs


  • Mix cream cheese and sour cream together.   Add cheddar cheese and seasoning.  (sometimes I sprinkle a little Parmesan in too!)  Stir in the jalapenos.  Top with the Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.  Bake at 350 until hot and bubbly!


  • Serve with tortilla chips or pita chips.
