Rum Cake

A Huge Hit!
Ingredients
Cake:
- 1 box of yellow cake mix with pudding
- 1 reg size instant vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup oil
- ¾ cup water
- ¼ – ½ cup of rum (I use dark)
- ¾ cup chopped pecans
Mixture:
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 cup of sugar
- ½ cup of water
- ½ cup of rum
Directions
- Grease bundt pan, put nuts in the bottom, combine all other ingredients, pour in pan and bake at 350 for 45 min to 1 hour. Remove from oven. While cooling off a bit-boil all ingredients of mixture for 3 minutes and then pour over cake! I usually poke a bunch of holes with a knife before pouring over-let sit for awhile until cool and then flip over onto serving plate!
