Aunt Janice’s Cheese Ball

This is a great easy appetizer that looks harder to make than it is.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 large package Buddig Beef
  • 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash hot sauce
  • 1 dash soy sauce

Directions

  • Cut beef in half, reserve half. Chop one half of the beef finely. Mix all ingredients together and roll in a ball. Chop reserved beef very fine in a food processor and roll ball in beef.

Notes

  • Great served with crackers
