Sweet Onion Spread

A great weight watcher friendly appetizer submitted by Judy Pearson, a family friend of Sarah Wissman.


  • 2/3 cup tub style light cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sweet onion relish (Like Vidalia)
  • 2 tablespoons fat free mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 32 pieces Melba toast


  • Combine the first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Spread 1 ½ teaspoons cream cheese mixture over each piece of Melba toast.


  • Yields 8 servings. Weight Watchers: 1 point/serving
