I made this for a Fourth of July Cookout and got raving reviews from everyone there! This is an absolutely delicious dish that has the great combo of sweet and salty. It is easy to prepare, but does take some prep time due to the chilling, plan ahead. Thanks Emily for the great recipe!
Okay, I made this again. It was still delicious! But being the procrastinator I am, I threw the first 2 layers in the freezer before adding the third. I think it froze a little too much, so the top layer didn’t adhere too well to the bottom layers…but a little creative spooning and it was still delicious!
Jenny made this and brought it to our house for a picnic and it was DELICIOUS!
