Strawberry Nut Bread

A great recipe submitted by Marlene Scott, a family friend of Sarah Wissman.
Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 cups thawed unsweetened frozen strawberries (if sweetened, use less sugar)
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients. Add the rest and stir to moisten. Pour into 2 well greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 60-70 minutes.
Notes
- A great way to get strawberries any time of the year
