No Fat Fried Chicken

This great alternative to high fat fried chicken was submitted by Dru Wieloonski in honor of Carrye and Danny’s wedding.
Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 chicken breasts, skinned, seasoned and patted dry
- 3/4 cups buttermilk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick spray. Combine all ingredients except chicken and buttermilk. Pour buttermilk into a shallow dish, dip chicken in buttermilk and then in the dry ingredients and put on baking sheet. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
