Mexican Corn Dip

My friend’s mom always makes this at parties. It makes a lot, so it’s if you are having a party.


  • 3 cans of Mexicorn (drain water)
  • 4 oz. of green chilies
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • about 1/2 – 3/4 tsp of each: cayenne pepper, garlic powder, ground cumin


  • Mix all ingredients and refrigerate.


  • Best if made night before, but it still tastes good if made the same day
