Kim’s Kentucky Chipped Beef Spread

This is one of my camping favorites.  Get yourself a cold beer, brush your teeth, find yourself a bear to love and sit back and enjoy Kim’s Kentucky Beef Spread


  • 2 1/2 ounces died beef in jar or small package Buddig beef
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup green pepper
  • 2 teaspoon onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Sprinkle with pecans


  • Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.  Serve with Kentucky crackers.


  • Ask Kim how you are to bake something at 350 degrees for 10 minutes if you are tent camping.
