Italian Dip

My friend brought this dish to our camping trip at Winton Woods. It was a hit and very easy to make.


  • 1 lb. Bob Evans Italian Sausage – browned and drained
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes and peppers


  • Mix all together – serve hot
  • Use Tostitos or crackers for dipping


  • Crock Pot works well for keeping it warm.
