Black Bean ‘n Salsa Dip

This is a great Mexican style dip with extra protein to help you get through the big game on TV.

Ingredients

  • 1-15 ounce can black beans
  • 1-4 ounce can chopped green chilies
  • 1 cup chopped seeded tomatoes
  • 1 cup thick and chunky salsa
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

    Directions

    • In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients, mix well.  Refrigerate until ready to serve.

      Notes

      • Serve with tortilla chips
