Jalapeno Popper Dip

A great dip for a Football Sunday.
Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (if you can find the taco cheese with seasoning use that or add your own cumin, paprika, chili powder and/or garlic salt to season it up)
- 2 jalapenos-seeded and chopped
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup bread crumbs
Directions
- Mix cream cheese and sour cream together. Add cheddar cheese and seasoning. (sometimes I sprinkle a little Parmesan in too!) Stir in the jalapenos. Top with the Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 until hot and bubbly!
Notes
- Serve with tortilla chips or pita chips.
