Italian Dip

My friend brought this dish to our camping trip at Winton Woods. It was a hit and very easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Bob Evans Italian Sausage – browned and drained
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes and peppers
Directions
- Mix all together – serve hot
- Use Tostitos or crackers for dipping
Notes
- Crock Pot works well for keeping it warm.
