Hamburger Hash

This is a pretty simple dish that can keep a big family well fed.
Ingredients
- 1-1 ½ pounds Ground chuck
- 2 Onions, chopped
- 4 Potatoes, chopped
- Small package Frozen peas
Directions
- Brown ground chuck in a skillet, drain. Cook potatoes, beef, onions and peas for about 45 minutes until the potatoes are done. Can also add spices, garlic, etc.
Notes
- Good with chopped green onions on top.
