Avocado,Tomato & Feta Cheese Appetizer

I got this awesome recipe from Nancy Ancy. It’s my fav!
Ingredients
- 2 avocados, chopped
- 4 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro, trimmed & chopped
- 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions
- Combine the avocados, tomatoes & onion in a bow. Mix gently. Stir in the cilantro. Add the feta cheese, olive oil, vinegar, cumin & salt and mix until combined. Chill, covered in the refrigerator.
Notes
- Serve with warm pita wedges, tortilla chips or crostini. Refrigerate any leftovers.
