Cheese Tortellini Soup

This soup recipe comes to us from Sarah Wissman’s sister, Ashley Vandegrift. This is a quick recipe, that is weight watchers friendly at only 2 points per serving.
Ingredients
- 3 cups Chicken stock
- 1 cup Frozen tortellini
- 1 cup Frozen peas, or peas and carrots
- 2 tablespoons Chopped tomatoes or salsa
- ¾ teaspoon Dried basil
- ¼ teaspoon Dried oregano
Directions
- Combine all ingredients. Cover and bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Simmer 5-6 minutes or until tortellini are tender.
Notes
- Makes 2 servings.
- Weight watchers: 2 points/serving
