When we drive to visit, she will make extra so that I can take some home with me. It is southern cooking at its finest. That time of year is here. Rushing to get the kids to school, homework and after school activities after school. It doesn’t leave a lot of time left over for cooking dinner. It’s nice to know that dinner will be ready when you are…whether one person of the whole family. That is why I love my crock pot. Here are a couple of my favorite recipes for the crock pot.
