Taco Dip

In our family Taco Dip can be served as an appetizer or a main meal.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 15 1/2 ounce can refried beans
- 15 ounce can tomato sauce
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions
- Brown ground beef and drain. Mix in refried beans and next 6 ingredients and simmer 15 minutes. Spread in an 8-9 inch pie plate. Before baking, mix sour cream, 1/4 teaspoon chili powder and 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese. Top ground beef mixture with sour cream mixture. Bake at 350* for 1/2 hour.
Notes
- Serve with tortilla chips. Can be made ahead except for putting on the topping and baking.
