Super Easy Coffee Cake

This is a super moist recipe that was given to me by my sister and has quickly become a hit amoung my friends. It’s easy to keep the ingredients on hand and whip up at the last mute for a great get together or a last minute girlfriend visit. It also makes a great gift for your neighbors and friends.
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 3/4 cup oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 eggs
- 1 package vanilla instant pudding mix
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 cup brown sugar (do not use granulated)
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions
- Beat the first four ingredients together until well mixed. Add instant pudding mix and beat 2 more minutes. Pour into a 9×13 inch greased pan. Mix butter or margarine, brown sugar, and cinnamon together and crumble over the top of the ake. Bake at 350* for 40 minutes.
Notes
- Can be baked in 2 smaller pans.
