Snow Ice Cream

A great dessert to make with your kids. Submitted by Jen Pearson, a family friend on Sarah Wissman.
Ingredients
- 1 pint half and half
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 7/8 cup sugar
- 4 teaspoons vanilla
Directions
- Mix all the above ingredients together. Add a few shovels of powdery snow. Mix until icy and creamy. Don’t melt the ice cream.
Notes
- This is a winter recipe, make sure your snow is clean before using.
