Simple Macaroni and Cheese

A simple way to make homemade macaroni and cheese, perfect for small dinner party.
Ingredients
- 1 cup macaroni, uncooked
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2/3 teaspoon salt
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- dash Tabasco sauce
- 1 cup cubed or shredded cheese
Directions
- Heat oven to 350. In a 2 quart casserole, combine all ingredients except cheese, mix well. Bake, covered at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally (I stir every 15 minutes) Stir in cheese, cover casserole until cheese melts.
