Ingredients

• 1 – 10 ounce package sauerkraut
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 2 cups water
• 4 cups chicken broth
• 2 carrots, sliced thin
• 1 potato sliced
• 1 lb. smoked sausage – sliced
• 1 tsp. dill week
• 1 or 2 cloves garlic

Directions

• Mix all ingredients in crock pot. Cook for 6-8 hours.
