This recipe was served by Joyce Holthaus, GiGi’s cousin. GiGi made it and let other family members do a taste test. It was excellent…very unique, easy and tasty.
Ingredients
- 1 – 10 ounce package sauerkraut
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups water
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 carrots, sliced thin
- 1 potato sliced
- 1 lb. smoked sausage – sliced
- 1 tsp. dill week
- 1 or 2 cloves garlic
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in crock pot. Cook for 6-8 hours.
