Really Good Oven Baked Fish

Easy & great for lent!
Ingredients
- About 2-3 pounds of white fish filets.
- 1 cup milk.
- 2 cups fine bread crumbs. (Italian).
- 1/3 cup Parmesan or Romano cheese.
- 1/2 tsp. each :dried oregano,thyme,basil,paprika.
- Several dashes of cayenne pepper.
- Salt to taste.
- 1/2 stick melted butter.
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400*.
- Pour milk in bowl add fish & let sit for 1/2 to 1 hour.
- Mix crumbs wtth cheese & herbs and spread on shallow plate.
- Dip each filet in milk then dredge in crumbs.
- Put on sprayed baking sheet and drizzle with butter.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until light gold and flaky.
- Serve with tarter sauce.
