Plank Salmon Marinate/Baste

This great recipe was given to my by my daughter, Kristi Kenney. It’s so good even Nancy eats it…and she doesn’t like Salmon much.
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 Tablespoons chardonnay
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- Pepper
Directions
- Soak plank for several hours in water. Heat grill, then heat plank. then cook fish.
