There is always room for cookies
Ingredients
- 1/4 pound butter (one stick)
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 3 cups oatmeal (uncooked)
Directions
- In a large saucepan, mix together the butter, sugar, milk and cocoa in a saucepan. Boil hard for one minute. If doubling the recipe, double the boiling time. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, peanut butter and oatmeal. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let cool and enjoy.
Notes
- Who ever thought you can make cookies without heating the whole house up for hours?
