Light and Lacy and couldn’t be easier. Fabulous with cocktails, soups and salads
Ingredients
- 1 pound Monterey Jack Cheese
Directions
- Cut cheese into 1/4 inch slices, then into squares approximately 1 1/2 inches in diameter. On a non-stick cookie sheet with parchment paper, space cheese at least 3 inches apart. (This is important as they spread while baking.) Bake 10 minutes at 400*. Do not over bake. Remove immediately and allow to cool. Store wafers in an airtight cookie tin.
