My friend’s mom always makes this at parties. It makes a lot, so it’s if you are having a party.
Ingredients
- 3 cans of Mexicorn (drain water)
- 4 oz. of green chilies
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- about 1/2 – 3/4 tsp of each: cayenne pepper, garlic powder, ground cumin
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and refrigerate.
Notes
- Best if made night before, but it still tastes good if made the same day
