A favorite at the Lake House
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoon green onion, finely shopped
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 1/2 poun flank steak
Directions
- Mix ingredients together. Place in a 9×13 inch pan. Add flank steak. Marinate overnight, turning often. Grill on a low flame turning often. Discard marinade.
Notes
- Have the butcher score the steak prior to marinating.
