Hot Bacon and Swiss Dip

Quick and Easy Dip - Delicious dip Kim made for her Christmas Open House

Ingredients

  • 1 - 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) grated Swiss cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped green onion
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled (I used REAL bacon bits in a small package)

Directions

  • Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Swiss cheese and onion, mixing well. Spread mixture in 9″ pie plate. Microwave on high setting for 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated.  Sprinkle with bacon bits and serve with pita chips

Notes

  • Makes 2 1/2 cups
