Guacamole

A tasty, generous serving of fresh guacamole. YUM!
Ingredients
- 4 avocados
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice (1 lemon)
- 8 dashes hot pepper sauce
- 1 small red onion
- 1 large clove of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
Directions
- Cut avocados, remove flesh in large bowl. Immediately add lemon juice, hot sauce, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Toss well. Cut the avocados until finely diced. Add tomatoes and mix well.

- This recipe actually came from Julie Rumpke’s sister, Katie. Thanks to her, I can now enjoy some tasty guacamole whenever I wish!
