Grilled Marinated Flank Steak

This a great marinade for a economical piece of meat that is wonderful on the grill.
Ingredients
- 1-1 1/2 pound Flank Steak
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
- 1 clove garlic, smashed or minced
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
Directions
- Mix all ingredients (can use a food processor). score flank steak and marinate 8 hours or overnight. Grill 7-8 minutes per side.
Notes
- You can make this ahead of time and put marinade and steak in a freezer bag and freeze. Pull it out in the morning, defrost and the cook that night.
