This is a very healthy recipe given to me from a gal from Body Crafters. It’s very simple and delicious. Great recipe to make in the summer when all the veggies are fresh out of the garden.
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 of a chopped cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 2 teaspoon finely chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon chives
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups tomato juice
Directions
- Combine all and chill for at least 4 hours.
