Easy Breakfast Casserole

As in the title this recipe puts a twist on the traditional breakfast casserole.
Ingredients
- 1 pound mild pork sausage, cooked and drained (lie Bob Evans)
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
- 2 packages Pillsbury Crescent Rolls, 8 count
Directions
- Grease an 8×12 inch pan with butter or Pam. Mix eggs and cheese. Add cooked sausage. Put one package of rolls on the bottom of the pan, pressed flat. Add sausage mixture, put other package of rolls on top, again, flattened. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
Notes
- Great with a mimosa or a Bloody Mary.
