Coleslaw

You will never buy deli coleslaw again!
Ingredients
- 1 large head of cabbage
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream or light mayo
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 Tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 3 carrots-shredded
- 1 green pepper
Directions
- Shred Cabbage. Stir in remaining ingredients
Notes
- I use my food processor for shredding cabbage, carrots and chopping onions. Add red cabbage for a little color if you like. Enjoy!
