Chicketti is a different twist on plain old spaghetti
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 1/4 green pepper, chopped
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper
- 1-8 ounce package cracker barrel cheese, grated (I use white sharp cheddar cheese)
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms
- 1-8 ounce angel hair spaghetti, uncooked and broken into pieces
Directions
- Mix ingredients together, add spaghetti. Place in covered 2 ½ quart casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes covered and 15-20 minutes uncovered at 375.
