Chicken and Rice

A great way to make chicken from the pantry.
Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cans water
- 1 package Lipton dry onion soup mix
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked rice (regular or brown)
- 4+ chicken breasts (any kind)
- Pam or butter
- Paprika
Directions
- Combine chicken soup, water, onion soup mix and uncooked rice in a 9×13 inch pan Top with chicken breasts. Spray breasts with Pam or dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 1 hour at 350*.
Notes
- This recipe can be adjust to fit your family. Add a little extra rice with a little extra liquid and another chicken breasts.
