This is a great easy appetizer that looks harder to make than it is.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 large package Buddig Beef
- 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash hot sauce
- 1 dash soy sauce
Directions
- Cut beef in half, reserve half. Chop one half of the beef finely. Mix all ingredients together and roll in a ball. Chop reserved beef very fine in a food processor and roll ball in beef.
Notes
- Great served with crackers
