This recipe for a “good, fresh salsa” originally was submitted by Joe Bourgeois, and since he is too young to cook, I decided to put it under the true owners name.
Ingredients
- 1 can Red Gold Chipotle tomatoes
- 1can black beans(drain&rinse)
- 1 can corn (drain&rinse)
- 1 jar jalapenos(chopped,add to taste)
- 1 onion (to taste)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- cilantro(fresh, chopped or tube) to taste
