Okay, I am way over do for this announcement.  Congratulations to Lauren, Mike, Aubrey and Aiden on the birth of their new little girl Amberlee.  in honor of the Moore family I have put together some great vegetarian recipes.

  1. Shrimp and Feta Tabbouleh This is a light summery recipe and so good for you, it can be made any time.
  2. Pasta and Bean Soup This is actually a Weight Watchers recipe that I have been using almost weekly for the past 7 years. It has got a ton of flavor, freezes well, vegetarian and my kids and husband all love it.
  3. Veggie Marinade great marinade for grilled or roasted veggies
  4. White Bean and Spinach Stew A delicious Italian white bean and spinach stew- very hearty and incredibly quick to prepare.
  5. Orzo Salad with Feta and Sun Dried Tomatoes This is another get together salad.  This will easily serve 12-14 people
